If you are walking for exercise and fitness and can't seem to tone or firm up your legs, then to burn more calories and ramp up your walking routine, try simulated sprinting while walking. This is an outstanding way to burn calories and get some aerobic work in while also toning and strengthening your leg muscles. This is really good for the glutes and calves.
